We are seeking an International Coordinator, located in our corporate headquarters in Wallingford, CT, who will be the main point of contact for master franchisees and franchisees in Canada.
 
The ideal candidate must be able to interact with all levels of management within EAI as well as within the franchise system.  He/She will work with other departments and teams to make sure new store openings and ongoing operations are successful. .  The coordinator will be responsible for the following:
 
·         


Ensure corproate responsiveness to unique Canadian marketplace needs 


Have ability to sell in and ensure compliance with system standards


Reporting and follow up with day to day business performance


Business coaching to maximize seasonal peaks


Working with franchisees and marketing department to customize all marketing/PR materials, store design and launch/ongoing ad campaigns to ensure a successful operation in Canda.


Working with R&D and franchisee on initial product offerings and ongoing product launches including meeting all necessary launch timelines, completing all documentation and sourcing required items


Working closely with procurement/vendors to assure that all required items are available and assist in coordinating container shipments and re-orders. 


Aggressively tracking store sales, set and achieve sales and profitability goals


Identifying areas of opportunity within the Canadian process, presenting them to management and implementing them in a timely manner
